Returns Policy

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • For any other queries related to order please feel free to contact us . 

What items are returnable?

  • You can return your items within 2 days of receipt of your shipment.

    • They must be in original condition
    • In the original packaging

    Big Furniture Products are non-returnable & covered only under 7 days replacement policy

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return. We will arrange reverse pickup from your location.
  • In case return pickup is not available at given pincode, customer has to self return the product and we will refund the courier charges max 5% of order amount.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 1-2 days
  • For prepaid orders refund is processed to original mode of payment and will reflect in your account in 6 to 7 days.
  • For Fast Refunds please provide all details as per Return Policy.
